HAPPY BIRTHDAY GOOSE!
I haven't posted a picture on here in a coon's age. My life has just been a blur as of late. Tonight though I sat down at my computer and tried to find a picture to put on Facebook for Kelson's birthday. We took a trip to Lake Powell just a bit ago and had a great time and I knew I could find a good one of Goose if I just took the time to look. I mean after all, I took over 15 hundred pictures... surely there had to be a qualifying photo in there somewhere.
Ba-ta-bing!
It is said that to be a good photographer you have to take at least a thousand pictures a day. I can't keep up with that absurd amount, but I try to and some days I come close. I just know after looking through 15 hundred photos, I found this one and immediately fell in love with it. I'm not sure what grabs me? Maybe the swavey glasses, maybe the fact I'm in the picture, along with Des and Man with a drill. Awe, but then there is that face ---the face that wears the glasses. Yes, it is a face I love! It is a face that brings me pure joy. So my quote for this frame. "Eyes like a shutter! Mind like a lens!" Nope, "Everyday may not be good, but there is something good in everyday!" Yes that's it. And the key to a good day is to look for the good in it. The good is there, you just have to be willing to look and see! On this day I saw the good in the lens of my camera! Love you Goose! You are most certainly the good in my life! Hope you have a great day! Love you in the frames, both of them! Glad you were born!
